Problem

Both sides of every trip are fragmented.

Ecosystem

One ecosystem. Five products. Capital comes next.

Beyond Pay · How one trip pays

The traveller pays once. Everyone else is paid automatically.

Illustrative supplied allocation: ₾210 equals 7% of total paid. The financial model applies 7% to service GMV; FX and processing are omitted here.
Beyond OS · For hotels and restaurants

Every channel, every booking, one screen.

Unified inbox · AI replies · Illustrative demo
Channel manager · one booking closes everywhere

Assumptions & launch timing

January launch; 3% monthly churn; Capital excluded. Team cost assumed zero. Totals combine subscription receipts, Pay after processing and Supply gross margin; they are not profit or audited accounting revenue.

Listing: ₾50 once per new host for the first 3 months, then ₾48/month average. OS: first month free, then ₾680/month (60/30/10% mix of ₾300/1,000/2,000 plans).

Trips: ₾1,800 average service GMV. Net Pay: 7% − 2% processing + 1% FX on 70% of volume = 5.7%. Supply: (30% of active OS hosts × ₾5,000 + 15% of Listing hosts × ₾1,500) × 10% margin.

New Listing / OS hosts per month: 30 / 4, 60 / 8, 120 / 15. Monthly bookings ramp 30→300, 50→600, 100→1,200 before seasonality. Jan–Dec factors: 1.0, 0.9, 0.6, 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.5, 1.2, 0.9, 0.6, 0.9. USD conversions use an assumed ₾2.70 rate.

The supplied totals include Pay and Supply in months 1–2. With both starting in month 3, keeping all other assumptions, totals become:

GMV is traveller service volume, excluding Supply sales. The slide 6 allocation follows the supplied example: ₾210 is 7% of ₾3,000 total paid, rather than 7% added to service GMV.
